Not supported. FileBot uses standard String order which unfortunately isn't what a human would expect.

You can fix the numbers yourself if you want:
viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2072


EDIT: r4316 and higher will give you a better default sort order when loading files into the Original Files list. It may also be significantly slower when loading many files.
