i just want a f****n refund! this sh*t doesn't work!

What exactly doesn't work? Please include logs or screenshots so I can have a look at the problem and maybe find a solution.
2.
Where did you purchase FileBot? Windows Store or Mac App Store? You'll have to contact Microsoft or Apple respectively for a refund.
