Update: I executed the following; in command prompt based on @rednoah's suggestion, and that seemed to do the trick. Cheers again mate!

SOLVED | Cannot successfully run FileBot after 4.9.1 update
Issue: Since updating to v4.9.1 for Windows, whenever I attempt to run FileBot, it opens up as a blank window.
