Ok some problem fixed :D , so what I did is I installed Revo which uninstalles programs and also registry keys, so I used that to remove all traces of filebot, once I did that, I re-installed fielbot and Java, the latest versions on each, and then ran my script again and all worked fine. :mrgreen ...
