Don't rename files in place, have amc move/rename it into a new clean structure. That's best for various reasons, including cleaner can work on left behind files.

Read the FAQ. If you're running on Windows there's nothing that would stop you from using AMC.

OK, I got everything working how I wanted. Looking at it now, I probably could not of used the amc script anyway because it is a little to automated and I needed a bit more control.

P.S. I edited out my other post's so to not confuse anybody else, the way I did it is very different than what people are looking for here.
