POSTBUCKET - where random posts in unrelated topics go
Re: POSTBUCKET - where random posts in unrelated topics go
Exactly, it doesn't contain any subtitles but was identified as having it. Just as the ones actually having subtitles...
So I cleared the cache and ran the script again and just as expected ALL files was identified as NOT having any subtitles.
The reversing of the logical test came through but the getMediaInfo function failed to discriminate between the videos with and without embedded subtitles as before.
It took a while to find the media info function in FileBot, even with your instruction (you've hidden that function quite well!), but after trying to run it an explanation of why getMediaInfo doesn't work might have presented itself!
The result after pressing the table button was an error message saying:
Unable to load 32-bit native library 'mediainfo'
Looking in C:\Program Files\FileBot there's a 'MediaInfo.dll'.
I've just recently installed 4.0 over whatever previous version I had (3.x).
filebot -version gives 'FileBot 4.0 (r2056) / Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.7.0_51'

Re: POSTBUCKET - where random posts in unrelated topics go
Read the FAQ. You're probably running a 32-bit JVM when you should be running a 64-bit JVM. You can also check with the sysinfo script if everything is working correctly.
Re: POSTBUCKET - where random posts in unrelated topics go
Installed the 32-bit FileBot, that did the trick!
Don't understand why FileBot worked at all though...
Thanks! /H

Re: POSTBUCKET - where random posts in unrelated topics go
FileBot is all Java code, which is then run by a JVM, doesn't matter if it's the 32-bit or 64-bit one. Though once external native libraries, e.g. MediaInfo.dll, get linked into the process architecture must match, or the library will be ignored, that's just how programs work.
Re: POSTBUCKET - where random posts in unrelated topics go
I get a little bit of a deja vu feeling asking this: can the getMissingSubtitles function that is called from suball recognize my existing external subtitles that are named xxx.en.srt?
It downloads new ones and call them xxx.eng.srt.
Have I fiddled with some setting that I've forgot about?

Re: POSTBUCKET - where random posts in unrelated topics go
Nope, currently only checks for matching 3-letter codes. But you can try the latest revision which should work for what you're trying to do.
Re: POSTBUCKET - where random posts in unrelated topics go
Well, I installed "FileBot_4.0_x86.msi" yesterday, is there a newer revision?
Suball hasn't changed either from what I can tell... (except the fix you did on sunday)
Sorry, I don't understand; latest revision of what?

Re: Exclude Blacklist & Series-Mappings
Can you add a filter to exclude/blacklist files that match this pattern :
*.!sync
They are from BitTotrrent Sync while syncing and renamed by BTSync when finished.
I'm not a regexp guru but it may look like this :
(\.!sync)+$
Thx

Re: Exclude Blacklist & Series-Mappings
Those !sync files don't have video extensions right? So it's already excluded from the start. Give me the complete path of one of these !sync files and how you think it affects matching in a negative way (with logs or examples).
Re: Exclude Blacklist & Series-Mappings
Those .!sync files don't have video extension, right.
I didn't know that only video extensions were seen by filebot.
Here is a complete path of a .!sync file :
/data/download/NCIS.S11E01.Whiskey.Tango.Foxtrot.1080p.WEB-DL.DD5.1.H.264-CtrlHD.!sync
and that file becomes
/data/downloads/NCIS.S11E01.Whiskey.Tango.Foxtrot.1080p.WEB-DL.DD5.1.H.264-CtrlHD.mkv
when BitTorrent Sync finishes download.
I would like filebot to rename and move all .mkv files from /data/downloads/ to their final destination like that :
/data/TVShow/NCIS/NCIS - 11x01 - Whiskey Tango Foxtrot.mkv
but I don't want filebot to try rename and move .!syc files.
It's ok, just forget about my first request, filebot already works like I want.
Thank you for you amazing work.

Re: How about sharing our format expressions?
Movies (Filebot 4.1)
Movies (Filebot 4.0)
I store my movies all in a seperate folder, to be able to navigate and extraxt as mauch info as possible when I have no tool for that (I use XBMC as media center). This makes it easy for me to search for low quality, special editions, etc.
Ilike to have the original titles of movies, so I use the special scraper. I also like to have extended info like special editions, resolution and audio quality to search for.
Examples
Folder: EnglishTitle (2013) [1080p] [DTS-HD.MA.6ch]
Movie: EnglishTitle (2013) x264.mkv
Folder: EnglishTitle (OriginalTitle) (1998) [576p] [AC3]
Movie: EnglishTitle (1998) XviD.avi
Folder: EnglishTitle (2001) [Extended] [1080p] [AC3]
Movie: EnglishTitle (2001) XviD
Episodes (FB 4.1)
Episodes (FB 4.0)
This script is quite simple except the original title part at the beginning. Since I have some german tv shows I like to get correct titels for them. Rest is just standard. I do not use extended info here, because I want all shows in one folder per season.
Example
Folder: EnglishTitle\Season 1
Show: EnglishTitle.S01E01.ShowTitle.mkv
Code: Select all
../{primarytitle}{' ('+net.filebot.WebServices.IMDb.scrape(imdbid, '''//SPAN[@class='title-extra']''').match('"(.+)"')+')'} ({y}){' ['+fn.replaceAll(/(?i)directors|theatrical|ultimate/,'$0 Cut').matchAll(/UNRATED|REMASTERED|EXTENDED|UNCUT|DIRECTORS.CUT|THEATRICAL.CUT|ULTIMATE.CUT|SPECIAL.EDITION/).join('][').upperInitial().lowerTrail()+']'} [{vf}] [{ac}{fn.match("-HD.MA.")+af}]/{primarytitle} ({y}) {vc}{" (CD$pi)"}{' '+lang}Code: Select all
../{primarytitle}{' ('+net.sourceforge.filebot.WebServices.....Ilike to have the original titles of movies, so I use the special scraper. I also like to have extended info like special editions, resolution and audio quality to search for.

Re: Automated Media Center
Dude... I just found filebot and must say it's amazeballs! This script works. The only gripe I have with this is that it seems to be duplicating my files. I.e. it's downloading to the download folder, then copies the files and renames according to the rules set forth in script. But it also keeps the original file (I guess until ratio is reached?). Is there any way to get utorrent to "relocate" the file instead, leaving it to seed once relocated and renamed to correct folder?rednoah wrote:Overview:
Here's a script that you can use with µTorrent as "Run program when torrent finishes" command to automatically sort out your downloads. It'll fully automatically organize newly downloaded TV shows and movies and is smart enough to detect what is what.
Re: How about sharing our format expressions?
Is there an option to rename The Show as Show, The?

You can't. The mi script does not cross-reference your files with any database.

Re: How about sharing your CLI scripts?
Hey,
I'm new to filebot and to scripts. I have a massive media library and I'm learning a lot of information trying to make a big job easier on myself.
I've managed to get the following script running well on my system:
call filebot -script fn:amc "T:\Unorganised" --output "T:/Organised" --action move --conflict override -non-strict --def music=y subtitles=en artwork=y
This successfully takes the media in the first directory, renames it, moves it into the new directory organised by show/season or movie or Artist/Album and so on. It's really great. Massive time saver so far.
I need a little help though, messing around and learning how this works I "tested"with a bunch of files. Now I'm ready to take it live and organise my library I have an issue. Any files that have been through the organisation script previously seem to be omitted. It leaves a number of files behind I have to sort manually which is a little annoying.
There's two ideas I have but I don't know how to do either; 1. Write into the script a command to ignore the logs from previous executions or 2. Reset/delete or something the file that holds the data for which files have been through the process before and should be excluded from future scans.
Any help is hugely appreciated.
I am also open to any improvements to the script that might do something cool and/or useful.

Re: POSTBUCKET - where random posts in unrelated topics go
Note that if you call this script in intervals every hour or every day you must set --def excludeList or you will get banned.
In the call you posted you're NOT setting excludeList (which is bad) but you describe behaviour excludeList being set (that is good, you MUST set excludeList).

Re: Automated Media Center
Hey Rednoah
Great script - thanks very much for sharing!
One thing though - could you integrate the deleting of the original files? At the moment, it looks like it extracts, then copies and sorts the newly extracted file, thus leaving all the RAR files AND a copy of the unrarred file in the original download location.
Probably not a big thing for you to fix, right?

Re: Installing FileBot on Synology NAS
finally!! thanks RN. Any change of seeing a UI for synology???
Re: Installing FileBot on Synology NAS
I'd only work on that on the premise of a paid application, so the Synology DSM UI is on ice until Synology supports publishing paid applications via Package Center. That's in the works for sure though, so maybe 1-2 years later.

1. Download the missing native libraries (.so files) for your arch
2. Set LD_LIBRARY_PATH to the folder where these libraries are before calling filebot

Re: Installing FileBot on Synology NAS
Send me the output of filebot -script fn:sysenv please. You could also try with the latest beta.
EDIT: I've checked things and there's no issues with v4.2 so my guess is that the i686 binaries are simply not compatible with your system due to other library dependencies like libc version.

By the way: Even no success by using the latest beta (after editing to set native libraries).
So at the moment there is no way to fix that?

The i686 libraries are compiled for Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, etc) but there may or may not be incompatibilities with certain embedded Linux systems (especially older ones).

Re: [OSX] brew cask install filebot
Thank you for this wonderful application. After installing with brew, I can't seem to get my AMC script to run. Is their something more that needs to be done here? I have tried using the standard "filebot -script fn:amc" and also tried pointing to "/opt/homebrew-cask/Caskroom/filebot/4.5/FileBot.app -script fn:amc". Still no luck. Worked fine before installing with the brew method. Any help is appreciated.

This is exactly why you can't have the .app package. Thanks for making my point.I just ran the full command pointed at "/opt/homebrew-cask/Caskroom/filebot/4.5/FileBot.app" and it came back permission denied. So that explains why it's not running. I think I can fix from here.
1.
So it's running perfectly fine then - obviously - since FileBot is giving you lots of output.
2.
FileBot.app is a FOLDER and you can't execute folders, only programs, which are files. Learn how to use your OS.
3.
filebot runs, and then crashes, and rightly so because you're calling it on YOUR ENTIRE FILESYSTEM
Code: Select all
Parameter: ut_dir = /Code: Select all
"ut_dir=$TR_TORRENT_DIR/$TR_TORRENT_NAME"4.
I suppose you're lucky on this one, Mac letting you get away with it, but seriously... you confirm "filebot" works and then you expect "Filebot" to work? It's not the same. Don't try this on Linux.
Code: Select all
FilebotOnce you fix all the issues above, we might actually get to the point where we can see the real issue.

So I got the script to run manually, and it is performing exactly as it should using this:
Very happy to get this far. However when I change that same script back into the "transmission-postprocess" executable and chmod +x the file, it will not trigger from transmission. I thank you for pointing out my mistakes trying to run it manually, which I never do. But now i'm back to my original problem of trying to get transmission to run it. Here is the script transmission is trying to run, minus sensitive information:
As I said, this script ran flawless on the last version before I updated using the brew method, so not sure why it has stopped running.
Yes, it appears so.So it's running perfectly fine then - obviously - since FileBot is giving you lots of output.
2.
My mistake, was trying lots of alternative ways to run the script. That was a stupid mistake.FileBot.app is a FOLDER and you can't execute folders, only programs, which are files. Learn how to use your OS.
3.
Didn't realize the significance of setting the environment variables when running the script manually. Lesson learned.filebot runs, and then crashes, and rightly so because you're calling it on YOUR ENTIRE FILESYSTEMCan you guess what it should be? It's the path to the files you wanna process. Most certainly not the filesystem root / right?Code: Select all

Similar to #2, bad copy/pasting on my partI suppose you're lucky on this one, Mac letting you get away with it, but seriously... you confirm "filebot" works and then you expect "Filebot" to work? It's not the same. Don't try this on Linux.

I hope that i have fixed these issues enough to continue to ask for help getting the script to run.Once you fix all the issues above, we might actually get to the point where we can see the real issue.
So I got the script to run manually, and it is performing exactly as it should using this:
Code: Select all
filebot -script fn:amc --output "/Volumes/*****/Media" --log-file amc.log --action copy --conflict auto --def artwork=n --def excludeList=amc.txt --def ignore=iso --def gmail=***** "ut_dir=/Users/*****/Downloads/Torrents/*****" "ut_kind=multi" "ut_title=*****" --def "seriesFormat=TV Shows/{n}/{episode.special ? filebot -script fn:amc --output "/Volumes/*****/Media" --log-file amc.log --action copy --conflict auto --def artwork=n --def excludeList=amc.txt --def ignore=iso --def gmail=***** "ut_dir=$TR_TORRENT_DIR/$TR_TORRENT_NAME" "ut_kind=multi" "ut_title=$TR_TORRENT_NAME" --def "seriesFormat=TV Shows/{n}/{episode.special ? Once the script itself is working the rest is really more of a Transmission issue. I'd first make sure that Transmission is in fact calling your script (add some logging to your shell script) and that all the variables like $TR_TORRENT_DIR are available in the script (add some more logging for that)
e.g.
e.g.
Code: Select all
date >> output.txt
whoami >> output.txt
echo $TR_TORRENT_DIR >> output.txt
echo $TR_TORRENT_NAME >> output.txt
echo $TR_TORRENT_NAME >> output.txt-

Re: [OSX] brew cask install filebot
Well as soon as I added logging to the script and tried another download, it ran fine. Not sure why but i'll leave it as is if it's working.
Re: [OSX] brew cask install filebot
the filebot upgrade command line there... how would you recommend to automate that if you wished? on mac
Re: [OSX] brew cask install filebot
brew cask doesn't support automatic updates at this point, but it's planned

#14 in the list.
I'm not sure if I can remember all I've done to it. it is based on: "Ithiel's super crazy renaming scheme for perfectionists!" I just decided to perfect it for my needs.
Changes/Updates/AdditionsFilename Examples:
- 1. More Accurately matches Complete/Incomplete seasons as it looks for The Episode title as well as season. Removing Specials and Numbered but unlisted episodes from matching.
2. I Put the Country Code back in the Folder name and capitalized it. i.e.: "(US)" when it's part of the show name on TheTVDB To Differentiate between Shows like: Wilfred and Wilfred (US), Being Human and Being Human (US), Etc
3. Added the Year the show started To the folder (To differentiate between tv show remakes: Knight Rider [1982] vs. Knight Rider [2008]
4. When the year is included in TheTVDB Show name then I added it to the filename as well. (2008)
5. Moved 'The', 'A', and 'An' to the end of the TV Show name on the folder, but not on the show or episode names on the file. (Every Big Bang Theory episode name starts with 'The'.)
6. I put the Episode Parts back in and Padded it as well. (Part 01), (Part 02), etc. (Edit: This is working again)
7. Added: [TV Rating] [Star Rating] [Network] to the Folder show name. [TV-PG] [9.5★] [FOX]
8. Added the Year the season started to the Season folder [2008] - Season 01, [2009] - Season 02, etc.
9. Added: [Actual Minutes of the Episode] [Original Airdate] [Source] [Resolution Standard Audio Codec Audio Channels] To the File name. [21 Min] [03.05.2011] [DVDRip] [360p AAC 2ch]
10. Added a CSV File for Matching: TVNetwork.csv as Some networks are longer than needed: National Geographic;NeoGeo .. The CW;CW .. etc.
11. Added a CSV file for Matching: TVFileShowNames.csv as some show names are a bit long, when it's already in the folder name, So: Epic Rap Battles of History;ERB .. How it Should have Ended;HISHE
12. Moved the specials to the season to which their aired under a [Specials] Sub Folder
13. added: unsold.pilot, unaired.pilot, unaired.episode To the Extended info matching check.
14. Added genre folder name CSV File check based on series name (I.E.: Being Human (US) now goes to Horror instead of Comedy.)Like i said I could be missing things I've done. But Assuming that I'm not. Everything else should still be the same as: "Ithiel's super crazy renaming scheme for perfectionists!". You can find his naming scheme at: http://www.filebot.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1205

If there is a better, faster, more efficient, Smaller way to do Anything in my naming scheme, Please share.
Also there are a couple other things I'd like to do to it. but Haven't been able too, so if any of you out there, want to tackle these ideas, That'd be rad. and if not, it's pretty good as it is.
The things i would still like to add are:These Ideas I haven't been able to get working yet. But they would make the naming scheme perfect for me. So if I can get them working, i'll update this post accordingly. If anyone else out there, would like to give them a try, that'd be cool too. and as i said, if not. it's usable and nearly complete as it is, so Enjoy.
- 1. A csv filecheck for the Foldername. So you can match shows like: Avatar The last Air bender, and the Legend of Kora in the same folder, under different sub folders. (As explained in the post in this thread, by: SyAccursed) - I worked on it for a few hours, but was unable to get it to work correctly.
2. A way to check if the show has ended. and if you have every episode of every season put (Full) in the show folder name.
3.Check the sources of each episode in the folder if they all are the same add (Source) to the Season Folder name. If they are not the same add (Mixed) or each source in the season (HDTV & DVDRip) [I haven't decided which I like better yet.] - To the season folder name.
4. And also, find a way to check to see if the show is in the middle of airing the current season, if so. put those files in a (Currently airing) folder as they won't be complete until the season ends. - so it'd be a 3 way split. 1. Completed Seasons. 2. Incomplete Season. 3. Currently airing Seasons. (The idea being to identify the incomplete seasons to complete them. and not to move the currently airing seasons to the main folder until the season is over.
I'd also like to thank rednoah, for all his help with several issues i've had working this out. and putting up with my crazy annoying requests for help. haha. I'd also like to thank everyone else that has posted ideas, and things that work, and better ways to do things, that i was able to pick up here in the forums. without that, and those examples, I don't think I could have figured out how to do any of it. so If I used an idea of yours and didn't credit you, I apologize. Let me know And I will.
..And now to work on my Movie naming Scheme.
1. How would I add the show name to the actual filename? PLEX needs the file named that way.
2. How do I get the .csv files you are using?
Thanks again.

Thank you. I spent a lot of time on it.
It does put the show name in the filename. The only time it puts something different is when there is a match in the csv file.
The csv files I've just updated as I went in notepad to work for my TV shows and my preferences.
Like the genre csv file. I have:
Being Human (US);Horror
In one line cause I want it to go to the horror folder.
To run it. You just need the empty files. What I did was create new notepad files of the names and path mentioned above. Then rename them from .TXT to .csv then add to them as needed.
Examples:
C:\FileBot Settings\TV\TVGenreFolderBasedOnSeriesName.csv
Being Human (US);Horror
C:\FileBot Settings\TV\TVFileShowNames.csv
Lois & Clark: The Adventures of Superman;Lois & Clark (TAOS)
C:\FileBot Settings\TV\TVFolderShowNames.csv
Wilfred (US);Wilfred/Wilfred (US)
Wilfred;Wilfred/Wilfred (AU)
C:\FileBot Settings\TV\TVNetwork.csv
The CW;CW
Important things to note on matching. The name has to be exact, the case matters, and :'s need to be in the csv if it's in the show/title. If something didn't match for me. I'd refresh it by clicking on the button again (to reload the values) and that shows me how filebot sees the original show/title the : being the biggest thing missed as the matching changes that to - so you don't know if it's - or : originally. But I hope that helps.
Re: Exclude Blacklist & Series-Mappings
Im having PBS NOVA episodes get renamed incorrectly.
In this case: PBS.NOVA.2014.Killer.Landslides.720p.HDTV.x264.AAC.MVGroup.org.mp4
was renamed as: Welcome to New York (2014).mp4
Any way I can fix this or add something to the series mapping so that it can work better?
Thanks

Why did you not mention that you're using the amc script?
For episode files that are named like movie files you need to force tv mode. RTFM.

Re: Add Blacklisted Terms and Improve Movie / Series Detecti
Rednoah,
I have a folder called "processing" where the files wait for FileBot. I keep getting series renamed to a movie, a 1908 silent (classic?):
<sequence date="2014-03-29T16:04:45.618-06:00">
<rename dir="E:\processing" from="BBC.Rip.Off.Britain.Food.Series.1.01of10.720p.HDTV.x264.AAC.MVGroup.org.mp4" to="E:\Plex\Movies\The Fish Processing Factory at Astrakhan (1908)\The Fish Processing Factory at Astrakhan (1908).mp4"/>
</sequence>
I think this can be due to the folder name "processing". I may have incorrectly allowed this match one time or another. Not sure. Any idea? My script is below:
filebot -script fn:amc --output "Z:\Plex" --log-file amc.log --action move -non-strict "Z:\Plex" --def excludeList=amc-input.txt --def deleteAfterExtract=y --def plex=plex-home

filebot -script fn:cleaner E:\processing
filebot -script fn:cleaner Z:\Plex\Movies

I suppose Console Interactive programs don't work with "CLI Webconsole" or whatever that is. I recommend using SSH to login to your NAS.

Re: [SNIPPET] Sort into A-Z folders
I am using CLI and used one of the formats here with changes to work with my system, my output.txt file looks like this
I:\
F:\
[n =~ /^(?i) (0-9a-c)/ ? 'M:\' : n =~ /^(?i) (d-h)/ ? 'K:\' : n =~ /^(?i) (i-m)/ ? 'J:\' : n =~ /^(?i) (n-s)/ ? 'L:\' : n =~ /^(?i) (t)/ ? 'E:\' : 'D:\' }
-----------------------
Instructions:
- The first 3 lines must be the File Output Locations.
- Don't put anything else on those lines.
- Remember your trailing slashes.
- Line 1 is for Anime.
- Line 2 is for TV Shows.
- Line 3 is for Movies.
- UNC and local paths supported.
When it goes to move and create the folder to put the movie in I get like 20 folders and they start being named as the movie entry, so folder 1 will be {n =~ then 2 will be /^(?I) and so on. I know I am missing something simple can someone please throw me a bone.
Thanks,
John

Re: How about sharing our format expressions?
I have just one more thing to do on my Movie Format; I want to use a CSV to rename movie titles, but I'm not finding a way to get this done.
I've done it with several other fields, but cannot get the name.
Simple Version:
{csv('B:\Downloads\Filebot\Movie Preferred Names.csv').get(n) ?: MOVIE_FORMAT(n)}
needs to go in here somewhere.
If I test this line at the end of the format, it works fine, pulling the whole format, and then pulling the CSV replacement name, so the code works; I just can't place it correctly to replace the movie name in the main format.
Thoughts?
What do I mean by 'replace the movie name?'
I want to keep them all sorted under the franchise name - especially where there are different-named sequels:
Planet of the Apes (1968);Planet of the Apes 1
Beneath the Planet of the Apes;Planet of the Apes 2
Escape From the Planet of the Apes;Planet of the Apes 3
Conquest of the Planet of the Apes;Planet of the Apes 4
Battle for the Planet of the Apes;Planet of the Apes 5
Planet of the Apes (2001);Planet of the Apes 6
Rise of the Planet of the Apes;Planet of the Apes 7
Dawn of the Planet of the Apes;Planet of the Apes 8
I've done it with several other fields, but cannot get the name.
Simple Version:
Code: Select all
>>-- this is the start of the MOVIE_FORMAT definition, with opening curly brackets
{
MOVIE_FORMAT= {it.upperInitial() .lowerTrail().replaceAll(/[`´‘’“”""]/, "'").replaceAll(/[*^]/, "-").replaceAll(/[;]/, ", ").replaceAll(/[?|]/, "!").replaceAll(/ /, " ").replaceAll(/[:]/, "-").replaceAll(/[*\s]+/, " ")};
MOVIE_FORMAT(n).replaceFirst(/^(?i)(The|A|An)\s(.+)/, /$2, $1/).replaceAll(/\b(?i:it)+\b/, {it.upperInitial()})
}
<<-- this is the end of the MOVIE_FORMAT definition with closing curly brackets
{alias ?: ''}
{info.SpokenLanguages.displayLanguage.contains(/English/) ? '' : " [Lang= "+(info.SpokenLanguages.displayLanguage[0]).upper()+"]"}
({y})
[{(info.runtime).replaceAll('min', '')} min]
{actors.take(3)}
{genres.take(3)}needs to go in here somewhere.

Re: Pre-10.8?
Java 8 only works on 10.8+ so new versions just can't work on older OSX versions.
Depending how old your system is (you didn't say) you might be able to install Java 7 and run FileBot 4.2 which is no longer supported but should still work quite well.

Re: [GUIDE] How to install FileBot on Debian Linux
Hi,
Have installed the package but can't get filebot to run... Using Debian Jessie and OpenJDK 7, do I need to use a different JRE? Any pointers would be greatly appreciated...

FAQ says you need Java 8.

That's a generic Java issue. Try Google: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4764 ... ameter-mus
Re: [GUIDE] How to install FileBot on Debian Linux
I might be wrong, but I think neither Debian Wheezy nor Debian Jessie are offering OpenJDK 8 in their repositories.
I personnaly use Debian 7.9 and I was unable to install openjdk-8-jre on my server (dependancies are not met).
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you

Re: [JDownloader] Setup for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X
Hy, any chance to explain step by step how to make to work this script on windows. Thanks
Re: [JDownloader] Setup for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X
Helo, anybody here ???
Re: [JDownloader] Setup for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X
What have you tried? What's not working? What do the logs say? Have you managed to call any external program with JDownloader?
Re: [JDownloader] Setup for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X
I didn`t try anything. Can you explain me step by step how to enable jdownloader to rename downloaded movies or tv shows with filebot, automaticly. Please. Regard
Re: [JDownloader] Setup for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X
I don't use Windows and everything I know is in the original post at the top of the page. I'd try that first, and if it's not working right away you'll have to figure how to fix it yourself. Feel free to share your solution if you do.

Re: [JDownloader] Setup for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X
I can't for the life of me get this to work w/ jdownloader....
copied/pasted the PackageFinished script into the event viewer
made the jdownloader-postprocess.sh
yet still get this when I do a test run of the EventScripter.... help??? Don't need the archive one because i'm having filebot handle the extracting.
Cheers

copied/pasted the PackageFinished script into the event viewer
Code: Select all
var script = JD_HOME + '/jdownloader-postprocess.sh'
var path = package.getDownloadFolder()
var name = package.getName()
var label = package.getComment() ? package.getComment() : 'N/A'
var links = package.getDownloadLinks() ? package.getDownloadLinks() : []
function isReallyFinished() {
for (var i = 0; i < links.length; i++) {
if (links[i].getArchive() != null && links[i].getExtractionStatus() != "SUCCESSFUL" || !package.isFinished()) {
return false
}
}
return true
}
if (isReallyFinished()) {
var command = [script, path, name, label, 'PACKAGE_FINISHED']
log(command)
log(callSync(command))
}made the jdownloader-postprocess.sh

1.
That error message doesn't mean anything to me. Ask the JDownloader folks
2.
Is your jdownloader-postprocess.sh called?

This Script is for Windows, just add a Trigger after extract is finished

Hi,
Plex supports a fixed set of subdirectory names for various kinds of supplemental material:
Would it be possible to add these names to your blacklist?
I've found by experimentation (newbie here) that if I rename (say) a Featurettes directory to Extras (already on your blacklist), then the Filebot GUI excludes files in that directory, which is exactly what I need. So I think I'm on the right track asking for this. Alternatively, is there a way to build my own local blacklist the GUI will honor?
Thanks!
Mark M

Re: Exclude Blacklist & Series-Mappings
Thanks! What do I need to do to see this reflected in the GUI? I'm guessing FileBot pulls the blacklist dynamically, but I'm not seeing any change in how it's handling Featurettes.
Re: Exclude Blacklist & Series-Mappings
You need to wait 1-2 weeks.
In the meanwhile, posting examples for file paths that need special handling would be helpful.

Thanks! Here's some examples. Note that Windows 7 automatically replaced the network uri \\OMV\Movies\ with a drive letter when a command box was opened, in case that matters to you.

is there a way to deal with the show extras? http://thetvdb.com/?tab=series&id=75660
ex: Extras - Series 1 (2005) [DVDRip (x264)] - BTN/Extras 1x05 - Samuel L Jackson.mkv
or is that a manual job?
ex: Extras - Series 1 (2005) [DVDRip (x264)] - BTN/Extras 1x05 - Samuel L Jackson.mkv
