I really do not know if I am logged in open subtitles

Post by SirMcLouis »

Hi!!!

I am very very new using filebot. I just started today. :)

After I have been using it for a while today so finally I got this:

After have been browsing the filebot forum I figured out what was the problem and tried to login in open subtitles with my account.

I upgraded my java version to 8 and learned how to use filebot commands in terminal. Finally I was able to login in open subtitles in terminal and in the app but I still hace the same problem.

However seems that I am logged in and my download quota is 198.

Have you tried trying again tomorrow?

* OpenSubtitles may be temporarily down
* Your USER may be temporarily banned
* Your IP may be temporarily banned
* OpenSubtitles may report wrong numbers

Could it be that you first got your IP banned, and then you started using USER which changed the stats but still left your IP banned?

If it doesn't work try again 24h later, and if it still doesn't work try again 48h later, and if it still doesn't work come back here. ;)

Perhaps It has been that they have banned my IP for 24h or something like that.... I will try again tomorrow :)

Thanks for the help!

By the way... I just forgot to comment that I can download subtitles manually in Open Subtitles web. Perhaps neither my user nor my IP are banned.

What do you think?
