Feature request: Fonts in different sizes.

Post by Pat »

My monitor is a full HD TV 60" 1920x1080.
I run my desktop at 224dpi
Applications adapt automatically to a readable size,
but FileBot is unredable (too small) unless I get 1m closer

It would be great if FileBot would have dynamic fonts, or some manual setting to change the size either through the GUI or CLI.

How to 'Request Help'

Windows? Mac? Screenshots?

But there's probably little I can do about it. Normally the OS takes care of DPI scaling. Making things bigger (and blurry).

I think there is no scaling. Just fix font size.
It is not bigger and blur, it is just too small.
(too small for a 1920x1080 display, if I change resolution to 1366x768 then the size is OK)

I only support Ubuntu so no idea. :D

On Linux, it should default to the GTK LaF, but I guess that just doesn't work on KDE. Maybe installing some of the Gnome dependencies can fix that?

You might find a solution for this via Google. It's not a problem specific to FileBot.
