Slow Performance When Looking up Episode Data

I run Filebot on a standard Mac Mini. It has a fast ADSL2+ connection. However, when I get FB to rename downloaded files, whichever database that I use it takes up to 40 seconds or more before it returns a result.

It seems to have slowed since the last two updates that I can recall.

When I have a half a dozen or more files to rename it's often quicker for me to look the relevant info up manually, then with Finder open to rename the files that way.

Can the problem be reproduced on other machines?

Tried running from console? What's the console output? Errors?

How do I run it from the console? I'm relatively new to Macs.

I can install it on my Macbook and test it, I suppose.
