Where is the portable apps (windows version) of the setting stored? Every time there is an update (thank you for them!) I have to go through some process to make sure that stuff isn't mucked around with too much. Is there a quicker way? (No, not installing full version.. I have reasons I prefer portable).

In the folder of the portable filebot, there should be a file called prefs.properties.. this would be the settings for the GUI.. if this is not showing in the folder then you haven't saved any settings.. which is funny as by simply opening then closing the software it should save this.
