Original file name backup

I love the powerful way we can use filebot to rename our shows and movies. However, it would be nice if we could also keep the original file name somewhere (not in an enormous logfile). It'd be very useful (for manual subtitle seeking purposes for example) for filebot to drop a textfile with the original file name next to the renamed file. E.g.

Modern Family - S06E18 - Spring Break.mkv 
         Modern Family - S06E18 - Spring Break.txt 

With the later file containing the original file name inside. It could also include other useful information about the file or even the filebot logs that led the file to be renamed / moved there.
