No amc.txt file is created. Files are re-processed every ti

Hi. I just recently switched from uTorrent to qBitTorrent, so attempting to utilize amc.txt to exclude already processed files. I'm not seeing it create an amc.txt file anywhere on my system. I have tried leaving the default "excludeList=amc.txt" and also tried various absolute paths. Is there some reason my system might not be able/willing to create or access that file? Do I have a syntax error somewhere? Thanks in advance!
