Anidb socket exception: permission denied: connect

I'm having some issues with filebot using anidb for renaming. I get socket exception: permission denied: connect when trying to use anidb but other scrapers work. Screenshot of the console and the Groovy Pad sysinfo are below. Does anyone have any ideas?

Windows 10 x64
Java 1.8.0_71
Filebot 4.6.1 (Windows installer: FileBot_4.6.1-setup.exe)

Use 64-bit Java, not 32-bit Java. See FAQ.
