can't match movie 'i.t.'

Post by garyleecn »

just downloaded a movie 'i.t.' with IMDB link http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2679552/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1, filename I.T 2016 BluRay 1080p DTS-HD MA5.1 x264.mkv

however, I tried both filebot on Synology and filebot GUI on Mac, it just won't match it.
it gives a bunch of choices but none of them is correct....
any idea?

Thanks for the post! Before a real human comes by, please make sure your report has all the following points checked:
  • What are you trying to do achieve? What's not working? What have you tried so far?
  • Include screenshots, logs or filenames (i.e. demonstrate the issue)
  • Include basic information (i.e. sysinfo output)

1.
I guess you'll have to manually force the search query for that one. Please read FAQ #2.

TheMovieDB will give back vastly different results for search queries that are the same as far as FileBot is concerned. It'll probably work once FileBot has the movie in it's local index, but that might take a few weeks.

e.g.

Code: Select all

"I T 2016" => I Can Dream, Can't I? (2016), I Remember - I Don't Remember! (2016), ...
"I.T 2016" => I.T. (2016)

What does MA in MA5.1 mean?
