I am running 4.7.5 and I saw there's a 4.7.5.0 (that's new?), and something about one that has {plex} as a naming style thing, but I'm not seeing a link on where to download. Is there an update button in the app? I don't see it. When I click the Windows 10 download page place it just tells me it's already installed since. ty.

The {plex} example is part of the built-in example formats.

Just click the one that says {plex} and adjust parent folder to your needs.

ok, got it working, ty. So do you need to change the folder to the location back where it already was every time? Not too hard, obviously, just wondering if there's an option to have it like the other formats were where it returns it to the same folder it was already on. I didn't change destination before I use Filebot on other folders, i just dragged and dropped the files into Filebot and they returned to the same spot.

If you use a relative path instead of an absolute path, such as {plex} or {plex.name}, then FileBot will resolve the relative destination path based on the current location.

However, organizing files into a new structure just for Plex is highly recommended, so that you know which files are perfectly organized already, and which files still need to be processed through FileBot sometime in the future.
