Open format editor does nothing - Filebot (Windows Store/10) Issue with

Here is my version:

PS C:\WINDOWS\system32> filebot -version
FileBot 4.7.9 (r4984) / Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.8.0_121 / Windows 10 10.0 (amd64)

When I go to "Open Format Editor" from the presets editor it doesn't ever come up. I am fairly new to the product so I would love to have this. It works in non windows 10 versions I have tried but I bought this version to support you all and I would love to have it work.

Works fine in 4.7.8.. just tested it.

If you call filebot (without arguments) on the command-line, then you can start FileBot and see the console output. What the does the console output say when "Open Format Editor" doesn't work?

Thanks, yep I wish I had checked for stdout exceptions first :P nice! Windows 10 apps can be a real drag, I am so impressed you made it work as well as you did honestly. I do it myself and I feel your pain. Anyway I can't figure out how I would remedy the problem of selecting a sample file, don't I need that editor to do it? Is there a config file way of doing it? Thanks!

Please send me a screenshot if the Preset dialog. It's probably a strange combination of Datasource & Includes.

I have the same exact issue. Tried both the portable and x64 versions on Win7.

Please send me a screenshot of the Preset dialog. It's probably a strange combination of Datasource & Includes.

Please explain exactly what you want captured in the screenshot. Nothing happens when you click on the 'Open Format Editor' button when creating a new preset or when editing an existing one

I see. Have you tried opening the format editor the usual way (not via Presets) and then selecting a sample file?

Open FileBot Image ➔ Edit Format Image ➔ Change Sample Image ➔ Select Media File ➔ Use Bindings
