Lost my kodi library after renaming all my files with filebot

Hi,
First of all, i am french so please excuse my english.
I am also not an informatik ingénier just a fan of tvshows.
I am using a rpi 2 with openlec kodi 17 with a sonology ds215j on my tv.
I bought filebot from the windows store on my laptop (Windows 10) which is on the same local than the ds215j.

My problem is quiet simple, i renamed all my files (movies 200, tvshows 400) with filebot and then my kodi library was empty.
I did respect the rules of namming files for thé tvdb scraper and try different formats with no success.
I also dont know how to give you a log but if you explain i’ll do my best.
This is really annoying i hope there is a solution because it took me years to build my library.

Did you loose the files? Are do the new paths just not show up in Kodi? Where did you move/rename the files? Does Kodi know that location?
