The amc script automatically ignores video files that are to small or to short to be anything meaningful. You can change this limits by passing command-line options. Please see amc manual for details.

Thanks, silly me. Was trying to process the short specials included in that release, not the full length feature episodes. Appreciate your very prompt response.
