Please explain exactly what you're doing. What are you trying to achieve? What buttons are you clicking? Screenshots would be very helpful and self-explanatory.
Are you trying to fetch episode lots from TheTVDB?
Renaming movies against TheMovieDB?
Fetching subtitles from OpenSubtitles?
Screenshots or logs would be very helpful, to see what is and isn't working.
If one specific database is not working, then maybe that database might just be temporarily down and you could use a different in the meanwhile. If different unrelated databases aren't working, then there's probably a network issue on your end.
