Original Files items are greyed out
What´s the problem with this .ass name file?

Does this screenshot show any kind of issue? Original Files items are always grayed out if they aren't aligned with a New Names item yet.
You'll need to click Fetch Data and then select TheTVDB or AniDB to match your files against database entries.
Note that auto-matching may not work for badly named files such as NARUTO~4 (whatever Naruto episode or movie that may refer to).
Here's some help on how to get started, and how to deal with badly named files via manual matching:
