FileBot not working any more on Synology DS216play

I've got the next error.

Does somebody have any idea what went wrong?

I have the same NAS and error can you help me out out to post the command and console output

I thought I had a port forward issue but I can see the 2 ports open in NAS connection test verifed but turn off and on in router

Ok going to need some help since you can't get log now on Synolgy Package Manager I can SSH in but need help with commands.
