Has anyone successfully setup Filebot to rename Major League Baseball games?

I would like to set it up as a daily, which it is, and separated by season have the naming protocol setup as follows:
MLB 2019 07 31 Kansas City Royals Vs Toronto Blue Jays.
This with go inside folder system: Plex>> Sports >> Season 2019 >> MLB.

Assuming that none of the TV databases maintain MLB episode records, your remaining option is using plain file mode and parsing information from the file name:
