Subtitles download not working anymore

Hi,

I'm on filebot 4.8.5 ..

when trying to do anything with open subtitles (search a sub by name, search subs by file name ecc..) nothing works..

is this a known issue?

maybe it was a temporary api down problem?

for future request, I can't find how to activate log in GUI..
can you explain how to?

The log file is in the app data folder.

I guess it makes sense to an "View Log" button in the GUI too though.
