Unable to activate Filebot 4.8.5 GUI with license

Hello everyone,

Firstly, I want to apologize for my English.

I received this weekend a new computer and I wanted to install Filebot 4.8.5 GUI on a Windows 10.

Previously I bought a lifetime license of Filebot which I have kept as a PDF file.
(I formatted my old pc and sold it, so I don't have a Filebot license on it anymore)

The problem is when I want to activate Filebot, this one tells me the following message:
License Error : null

I don't have the email of the license that was sent to me but I kept the traces of the PAYPAL transaction if needed.

Could you help me to solve this activation issue ?

If payment information is indeed the only thing you have, then you'll have to contact Paddle first, so they can look up your Order Number:

Notably, FileBot licenses come as plain text or *.psm license files, but never as *.pdf files.


Unless otherwise specified, I will assume that you have purchased FileBot here on this website via Paddle, and not via the Microsoft Store or Mac App Store.
