I've double-checked the license file that was sent to you and it works:

Ive tried copying and pasting and selecting it as a file. Nothing works, regardless of you saying it does. The error message is "FileBot - Bad Signiture" https://i.imgur.com/BdFQi8n.png

Have you tried to double-click your license file yet? If you have trouble with the text-based license key, then perhaps the file-based license key will work better for you?

You can activate your license by double-clicking on the license file or right-clicking the license file and opening it with FileBot.

If you can't find your license file (which was sent in a separate email) then it's likely because year email service has overzealously misclassified it as junk. Please check your Junk Mail folder, and consider using Gmail instead next time.

After purchasing FileBot via Paddle, you will receive 2 emails. The first email from [email protected] will contain your license as plain text. The second email from [email protected] will contain your license as file attachment. Either can be used to activate FileBot.

If you did not receive 2 emails, please check your Spam / Junk Email folder. If you're using a Desktop application (e.g. Windows Mail) to receive Email via POP3 or IMAP, please check the Spam / Junk Email folder via the web interface as well.

If you double-click on the psm file, you get the same error message, yes, no? What does the log say?

Please check the MD5CHECKSUM of your license file just in case your email client mangles your plain/text emails. Here's what it should be. If the MD5 matches, then the file is definitely not corrupt and thus will definitely work, or at the every least give you a different error:
