TheTVDB - When are online updates available in FileBot

Hi,

I couldn't find a lot of entries on TheTVDB for the series "Terra Mater". So I added them directly at TheTVDB.

Now when I try to match my files, e.g. "Terra Mater S2020E10.ts", it still doesn't find the new entry. Is there any delay at TheTVDBcom or filebot app until the data is available? I added the data on Saturday and it still appears at the internet site (s. link above).

You may need to wait for a few days (up to ~6 days) due to server-side and client-side caching.


You could try manually clearing the cache:

Thx a lot. Waiting some days and then deleting the cache (important) has solved my problem.
