Loading more than one folder in 4.9.2

Loading more than one folder in 4.9.2

I read through the change log and didn't see anything about the file choosing system changing but after the patch I can no longer select more than one folder at a time. Is there a preference to control this function? Alternatively is there a repository of previous releases so that I can roll back? Thanks.
