When we click on MATCH, then TheTVDB the images are really small. Very hard to tell then apart when they are similar images.
My request is that they are larger, thus easier to read for us old guys.

Unfortunately, thumbnails are only available in very small.
However, if you hover your mouse cursor over one of the items, then a popup with additional information will appear and hopefully allow you to make an informed decision.
FileBot does support High DPI scaling. If you configure Windows to 200% scaling then everything will get bigger and more easy to read. This may or may not work well for other applications though.
