Cant activate license, on neither machine on my LAN
When I try to paste in the license or select the file itself I get this error:
Network Error: truncated subpacket data.
I have tried on both my win11 PCs

Where did you copy and paste your key from? It's a license key alright, but with all the : and / characters removed. You can use the license file instead of copy & paste of your email client somehow mangles plain text.
You will have received your license key twice. Once from Paddle as plain text. Once from FileBot as file. If one is giving you trouble, then you can always try the other.

Where did you copy and paste your key from though? : and / selectively stripped away is rather mysterious.

Strange. Best to use the Gmail web interface.
