Sonarr would have first just ignored the episode naming structure (unless you've perhaps added some custom settings) or just taken the episode number verbatim and completely ignored the episode title.

Just wanted to say how impressed I am with Filebot (in general) but I was very impressed when processing episodes this morning.

You can do Double-Click ➔ Edit Match to fix things one by one:
If files are already in order, then pasting in the episode list in original order should work as well, as things will align by nature:

Ohhhhhhh... now I see... FileBot actually got the right episode based on episode title rather than the 1of13 number which is wrong and misleading in this case... I did not see that at first glance...
