Feature Request: Select Best Match Screen to sort alphabetically

Certain shows (i.e. Dark Winds, Star Trek (pick a series)) may not directly pick a selection. This is fine if there are only two or three options, but when there are several pages of options, scrolling through to find the right one quickly could be made much easier if the suggested results were sorted alphabetically.

maybe use EpisodeFunnel to sort them

the more words match = higher on list
the closer too the matched year = higher on list

Let's have a look at screenshots / sample files first and then decide how best to approach this particular use case, whatever it may be. The problem may very well just be searching for the wrong thing, as opposed to having too many options when searching for the right thing.


Press Skip if you don't immediately see the right series / movie option. Skip / None of the above is a perfectly valid selection and part of the process.


Use search-as-you-type if you want to find something from the list and know what you're searching for already. You'll probably want to press Skip instead though, to indicate "this search query is not suitable for my files" to the algorithm.
