Hello. I tried purchasing the license yesterday and I still haven’t received it. I am pretty sure the email entered was correct ([email protected]) and my card was charged. Thanks.

Your license is FileBot License (Order P40445394). You have accidentally typed @outlook.com instead of @gmail.com and your license was successfully delivered to the email address that was entered.


Please check our @outlook.com email address and make sure to check the junk mail folder as well if you can't find it immediately since @outlook.com is known to miss-classify your emails:

Please contact Paddle customer support and ask them to lookup the order number of your purchase(s) using your payment information (if you have mistyped your email address then you won't receive any email and we won't be able to find your order by email address) so that we can then find your orders and refund the extra one:
