You cannot run the FileBot Desktop application without a Desktop OS.
I would recommend running FileBot on your Desktop PC and rename files on your NAS remotely via a mapped network drive.
If your Synology NAS supports docker, then you could use the filebot-xpra container which runs an entire Desktop Linux OS inside a container which you can then remote control via a VNC web interface:
