I am not able to edit some of my forum posts.
Can this capability be turned back on

Unfortunately, due to spambots, regular users cannot change their posts after a day has passed.

What would you like to change?

There are many that I would like to edit that contain private information that slipped through.

I think that you can delete posts if it makes you feel better though? I don't delete posts (other than spam) on principle, but you're welcome to delete your own posts if you so choose.


Do keep in mind that deleting information that has already been publicly posted for years is fairly meaningless from a privacy perspective, since public posts have long since been copied and preserved elsewhere:
