Reget license file

i have purchased a license for file bot but have had bad problems with my computer, the cpu fried and because it is a old threadripper i have had to get a cpu from china. I could get a newer cpu but i nearly died and the hospital where big and cant afford the better newer and faster cpu and want to know if i can get my license file sent to my phone email address so i can put it on my new laptop so i can use it again as filebot is the best program of its kind i have ever seen and have done 100s of movies and tv shows. if i get a response i will send my purchase email and the email i would like it sent to, i cant access the purchase as the login details are on the pc and it is to hard to get authorizing from my internet company as in september they are droping emails totally and i will have to setup a new gmail account and service provider for all my software purchases.
