Problems with Filebot and opensubtitles.com

I have a subscription at opensubtitles.com
but every time i use subtitle search from filebot
Or it wont find the correct subtitles.
Or sometimes it wont find them at all
But mostly the synchronitation is off.
Now if i go to opensubtitles directly i can find the subtitle filebote couldnt or i can find the correct synchronisation.
i dont know how i can adjust in filebot or what to do to solve these problemes

Which specific subtitles can you find via the website but not via the API?

Are we talking about Exact Search: Lookup by Hash or Fuzzy Search: Lookup by Name?
