How can I organize my wrestling media on Plex?

I'm seeking for instructions on how to use this application to rename my wrestling media files so they work with Plex. I've owned the application for a long but still haven't found out how to use it properly.

What are the file names that you have? (copy sample file paths as text)

Does TVDB / TMDB list the media that you have? (Plex is primarily designed for media that have corresponding entries in the database; Personal Media Files may work for other content)
