FileBot can fetch artwork, generate nfo files, etc. You can enable each Post-Processing Feature individually.

Presets can mostly automate the process, but you'll have to launch FileBot and press a keyboard shortcut at the very least. However, if you don't mind learning a few command-line skills then complete automation is possible as well.
