Can FileBot hardlink files for Plex?

Can Filebot create hard links that both Plex and the torrent client can see?

When I use Filebot to rename files that I am currently seeding, they are re-downloaded because the torrent client sees that the files have been moved. This takes up a lot of space. Is there a way to fix this?
