--confict index in GUI

Post by bytemyfoot »

Is there a way to have the GUI version handle renaming duplicates by appending a number like the --conflict index tag would in the command line?

:?: Can you give your specific use case / example? (i.e. copy & paste sample file paths as text)

 In general, you'll want your format to generate unique file paths. Adding media info such as {hdr} {vf} {vc} {ac} {audioLanguage} etc typically ensures a unique file path for each 720p / 1080p / HDR / non-HDR / audio stream language / etc variation of the movie / episode at hand.

 Depending on the specifics of the use case at hand, the {di} duplicate index binding may be what you're looking for.
 Please read the FAQ and How to Request Help.

geometry dash spamUnfotunately, the current GUI version does not have an option to automatically rename dupplicates like the command line. You may need to do it manually or use the CLI for more flexibility.
