Getting errors 2502 and 2503 when trying to install

Hello,
I recently upgraded to a new machine, and for some reason, this is the only app that won't install. I've followed all the troubleshooting steps for error codes 2502 and 2503, but there's no option to "run as administrator" when I right-click on the installer (my account is the only one on the computer and has admin privileges).

I also checked the Windows Store to see if I could install it through there, but it requires me to purchase it again for $60, which I’m not willing to do since I already have a license.

Do you have any advice? Is it possible to sideload the app using a portable package?

If the Windows Installer is giving you trouble than you can indeed just use the *-portable.zip package instead:
