[DOCKER] Filebot permission problem

Post by jesusmerritt »

Hello,
I'm having trouble getting Filebot to work on my Synology NAS. I keep encountering a "permission denied" error every time I try to access the "Storage" folder in Filebot. I have Filebot running in a single Docker container alongside several other images like Gluetun, Deluge, Jackett, etc., all using the same PUID and PGID in the YAML file. I've also checked the permissions for the mapped Storage folder in File Station, and it has full read/write access for the user associated with the PUID in the YAML. I'm at a loss here, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

:?: Which container are you using?

:?: What is your YAML configuration?

:?: Did you log into the container to run tests and verify your assumptions?

 I have recently written a tutorial that is confirmed to work. You can use this as a base line to run tests and compare to your configuration. Please read [DOCKER] How do I run the FileBot Desktop application on my Synology NAS? for details.
