subtitle downloading not working

When trying to download a subtitle using the subtitles feature I see the following error message in de command console (filebot console):

Most of the time i'm using this feature by dragging .mkv files to the blue subtitle button in de right corner. Yesterday this feature worked fine and now nothing happens. Can anybody tell what the problem is?

The feature seems to be working again.

OpenSubtitles is doesn't have a lot of funding so their servers are just too busy occasionally.

I guess when it says:

Code: Select all

WARNING: The response could not be parsed

It's responding with some HTML error message, instead of returning the XML response the API should be sending.
