It's hard to show a screenshot since nothing happens. When I click on Match or Load, nothing shows. I tried to get you a screen shot, but all I could capture is the border around "Match" changing colour

Re: Ubuntu 26.04
I managed to achieve something in that after I clicked on the "Clear" button to the right of "Load", then clicked "Load", I suddenly got the drop down menu to chose between loading folders or files. So I can now load in a folder. Unfortunately, when I click "Match" I still don't get the dropdown menu.

Re: Ubuntu 26.04
More feedback. It's hit and miss. I tried clicking "Clear" then "Load" but nothing. I tried it a number of times, then all of a sudden, I had the sub-menu of "Load Files" and "Load Folders"
Re: Ubuntu 26.04
That's interesting. The Load Files / Load Folders popup menu should be technically identical to the Fetch Data popup menu. Maybe there's a clue there, but no idea at this point.

Re: Ubuntu 26.04
Even with "Match", I end up clicking it numerous times, then all of a sudden, I get the pull down menu. I've been trying to make changes in the Post Processing area, but I haven't been able to get it to show its sub menu.

Re: Ubuntu 26.04
Thanks! I'll try it on my laptop, then in a VM as well.

Re: Ubuntu 26.04
I have it working now. I uninstalled the snap version and installed the version from flathub. The submenus work fine now.
Re: Ubuntu 26.04
I see. I was running the DEB package. Looks like the issue is specific to the SNAP package. That could make sense since the SNAP sandbox does interfere with things and is sure to introduce room for complications and errors. I would generally recommend sticking to the official DEB package since that will run as expected without any sandboxing layer. The latter will often lead to confusion with file access since the sandbox may restrict access to files / folders that your user should have access to.petersfreeman wrote: ↑06 Apr 2026, 05:29 I have it working now.
