Subtitles not working

I used to be have subtitles automatically done as part of post processing. A while back it stopped working.

I can manually search for subtitles.

I checked on opensubtitles.com and I'm a VIP member. Has anything changed?

What does the log say?

What are the file names you're working with?

Does "manual search" refer to using the FileBot Subtitles tool to manually search for subtitles or do you mean using the website?

Thanks Rednoah for suggesting the logs.

I found some warnings and errors. I logged out of opensubtitles and logged back in and now things are working!
