Bad License Key (Bad Signature)

I purchased a copy of FileBot in 2024 and renewed the license last year. However, now after updating the software, it rejects my license and claims that the signature is invalid. According to the license, it is not set to expire until 2026-07-24. Paddle confirms this purchase as well. I am currently unable to use the software due to this license issue and need assistance. You seem to have manually modified the license key at hand. Order: P63454711 was made on 2024-07-17 and has thus long since expired. Issue-Date: 2025-07-14 is something that you have typed in yourself.


If you have recently purchased a new license, then you will have received a new license key, a completely new license key that works out-of-the-box by itself. Please use that new license key. You cannot "renew" an existing license by editing the text. You simply buy and install a new 1-year license key every year.


What is the actual order number of the purchase you made in 2025 or 2026?
