Java error when renaming

New Information: I can run the Java version of FileBot but the windows version still gives the errors I originally listed. Any ideas? This is really frustrating.

I've started to receive errors when I attempt to rename a file in FileBot. The error is

UnsatisfiedLinkError: Failed to create temporary file for /com/sun/jna/win32-x8664־/jnidispatch.dll library: Access is denied

Subsequent presses of the "rename" button results in

NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class com.sun.jna.platform.win32.ShellAPlSSHFILEOPSTRUCT

Does anyone have any suggestions?
