How to handle foreign language titles (not original)?

I have a few movies in german language with german movie title in file name so I instantly know that this is not original language.

Problem: Filebot always renames to the english titel. I use the original title hack too, but in this case it's not about the original title but the need to keep the localized title.

Is there any way to detect that {n} is the same as the original title and not use it twice (and not be picky about upper/lowercase)?

Can I keep the localized title I have in my filename?

If you want German titles I'd use TheMovieDB and set Language Preference to German, then you can access the German title with {n} and the English/Original Title with {primaryTitle}

Do you have any suggestion how I should sort my movies for this operation?
I have ~50% of english movies, 20% of genuine german movies, 10% of genuine foreign language but with german language and the rest is genuine french/spanish/serbian/brazilian/japanese/chinese....

At the moment I have sorted them by genre. I want to prepare them for XBMC since PVD just has a really ugly interface.
But even when I use XBMC for orting I prefer to have some sorting in the file structure too, just in case. This already gave me a headache with PVD because of the different languages

Different languages will kill those scrapers. Genre folders and the likes doesn't matter, but the movie folder must be named exactly like in TheMovieDB. So you mustn't use IMDb. Use the standard format {n} (with English Language Preference) though {primaryTitle} will probably work as well.
