Empty Error Popup Window - Cannot Rename Files

Hi guys. I can't upload a screenshot but I can match file names but just not rename. The error popup windows are also blank. I had trouble like this in windows, but I installed java and it fixed it. I'm a bit of a ubuntu noob, so if someone could help me fix my issue, that would be great. Thanks!

Can you paste the file names please? Does the error log file say anything?
