Movie Naming Scheme Plex, iTunes, Apple TV App

Hello there!

My searches on this topic has netted posts from 2017 mainly.

I am looking for the best way to name my movie files so that they will show properly in Plex, in iTunes, and in the Apple TV App.

I currently have the Plex part down pat, but the movie files show almost no information in iTunes and in the Apple TV App.

Presumably, everything Apple relies on iTunes tags?


You might be able to set iTunes tags via 3rd party tools, at your own risk:
